I've looked for these using the home.no.net/kror/dylan.htm site, which is about as far as my expertise in Dylan artwork sites goes. New Orleans April 19th 1991 Las Vegas May 23rd 1992 Liverpool 2001 & Brighton 2002 DVD New York April 12th 1963 The last one was a show I downloaded from alt.binaries.music.shn.dylan. I believe it was a collection of songs from different sources (of the same show) to make a complete show. If you can help, please send the covers to vieira@sensewave.com or post a link. Thanks a lot!

cannot help with artwork as yet ( though I am looking !) but I would be interested to know which tracks you have on your recording - below is the actual set-list from Town Hall 63 - songs with a number AFTER the track indicate order they appear on boot that I have entitled "Bob Dylan At Town Hall" - (according to Olof # 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20 are not in circulation)
1. Ramblin' Down Thru The World 1 2. Bob Dylan's Dream 2 3. Talkin' New York 4. Ballad Of Hollis Brown 5. Walls Of Red Wing 6 6. All Over You 3 7. Talking John Birch Paranoid Blues 8. Boots Of Spanish Leather 9. Hero Blues 7 10. Blowin' In The Wind 11. John Brown 12 12. Tomorrow Is A Long Time 14 13. A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall 14. Dusty Old Fairgrounds 10 15. I went back and checked the info file from the download and I guess it was my misunderstanding that it was complete. It talks about the tracks being taken from different sources, but it doesn't actually say that it's complete. The tracks included from the setlist in your post are:
1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Despite the very reliable pedigree for that setlist, I don't think it's right. It doesn't match up to Robert Shelton's review in the New York Times, or to several other accounts of the concert. (Those might be based on Shelton's review, of course; it's hard to find writeups of it.) There's a review of the concert in Billboard or Variety or something like that that might settle the question, but it's never been reprinted, and folks have checked out several major libraries for me (including the one at Harvard!) without finding the magazine issue in question. Heylin thinks that the tracklist quoted comes from a composite tape in Columbia's files that's been mislabeled, and it's one of the few occasions where I think he's right and the "lesser Dylan authorities" are wrong. I'll bet the download you have comes from this source, with extranous tracks removed. www.angelfire.com/wa/monicasdude/townhall.htm

I had always my doubts on the setlist from the Town Hall '63 show too. Especially the two covers/traditionals (Highway 51 and Pretty Peggy-O) are IMO pretty unlikely, because just two weeks later Dylan himselfs says at Studs Terkel's radio show, that he's only singing own songs yet. (Though I'd be extremely happy about a soundboard recording of Highway 51) Anyway, I always said that the Town Hall '63 concert would have been a MUCH better choice for an official Bootleg Serie instead of the '66, '75 or '64 one, 'cause they were all more or less complete in circulation already. But back to topic: Your set is probably the "remastered" dylanvine version (I don't like this remaster 'cause the tapehiss-filter was a bit overused and destroyed a lot of the guitare-sounding). Artwork for this can be found at the dustyoldfairgrounds website: www.dustyoldfairgrounds.com/DylanArt/NewYorkTownHall1963(SA)-F.jpgwww.dustyoldfairgrounds.com/DylanArt/NewYorkTownHall1963(SA)-B.jpgvery interesting on that artwork is the story about the coming-in-circulation of the Town Hall tracks at the backside of the frontcover. Btw: Since this spring is also my own remaster of the Town Hall concert in circulation (together with the three Carnegie Hall concerts, all remastered too). I seeded it back then at STG. Without wanting to be egoistic, I believe that the sound on my remaster is better. It's even also a little bit more complete, 'cause I used all the time the most complete (with the most clapping /Bob-talk at the beginning and end) version of the songs.
