Hi,
I stumbled upon a guy who sells Dylan Bootlegs/Concerts at bobdylanconcerts.com.
I wander how come he's on your welcome page.
The price per concert is 15 dollars. Easy way to make money with nothing with the bits for free.
Just thought I'd ask
Have a nice day

He's not on my welcome page. He's on a rotating ad banner that is put on the page without any involvement from me. It's the moneygrubbing weasels at Google, the "do no evil" people, who insist that it's OK to post ads like this. Believe me, I've complained. Their lawyers insists they have no reason to believe that Dylan, Springsteen, and the Rolling Stones haven't legitimately licensed their concert recordings to a guy operating out of a post office box in Montreal. Apparently they're in some kind of race with Bill Gates to see who can raise enough money to buy Hawaii first or something.
If you click on the little "Ads by Google" link at the lower right of the ad banner -- and it's not always there -- you'll get to a form that lets you comment on Google's ads. I'd appreciate it if folks used that form to send them all the love and affection they deserve for doing this.
I do want to thank you for posting this, too. If I end up suing them over this nonsense, it's helpful to have unsolicited evidence that people using my site think I'm responsible for the ad. Unlike other ad placers, Google seems to design its banners to look like they're part of the site. Not real honest folks, if you ask me.
Thanks! Bill
